§ POST-INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
This file contains information about the Service Pack 3 Fixes and Enhancements. We recommend that you read this file and keep a printed copy with your documentation.
PLEASE NOTE: Service Pack 3 will only apply fixes/enhancements to the components listed below which are currently installed on your server. A minimum of 5 GB of free disk space is required for successful installation. Make sure to rerun the service pack and get the latest updates anytime you add new server components. To rerun the service pack setup, launch the “Run Service Pack 3” shortcut off the application “Programs” start menu. Fixes and enhancements for Service Pack 2 can be located in Service Pack 2 release notes.
POST-INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The Fujitsu Network Scanner, Kodak Scan Station, QuickCapture Desktop, Ricoh SDKJ2, and SharePoint 2007 components will require additional post-installation steps. Locate the associated client files within the Distributables (i.e. “<INSTALL DIRECTORY>\Distributables”) folder for the selected component and re-install these files. Please refer to the component help file for more information on installing and configuring these components.
SERVICE PACK 3.01
ABBYY FineReader OCR – Version 5.0.2.63
· Fixed issue that would reduce the quality of output PDF files when OCRing B&W documents.
Batch Importer – Version 2.0.1.20
· Fixed an incompatibly issue with the professional barcode component that would cause the server to abnormally shut down.
Process Designer – Version 2.0.2.10
· Fixed issue that would cause the error message “Cannot decrypt password. Provider DLL failed to initialize properly” during configuration of certain components (e.g., SharePoint 2007) on Windows 2003 Server.
· Fixed issue with applying new licenses on Windows 2003 server.
Professional Image Management – Version 2.0.1.40
· Fixed issue which would cause the RRT replacement to fail.
QuickCapture Desktop Client – Version 1.0.0.2
· Fixed issue with certain TWAIN drivers that would cause the application to abnormally exit.
Send to SFTP – Version 5.0.5.73
· Fixed issue with files not moving to reject folder on job failure.
SharePoint 2007 – Version 5.0.27.154
· Fixed issue that would cause the error message “Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password” during the document upload.
SERVICE PACK 3
· AutoStore Server
· Fixed compatibility issue related to Microsoft .NET and running a configuration with multiple tasks.
ABBYY FineReader OCR – Version 5.0.1.57
· Updated to ABBYY FineReader 9
· The “Extract text from input PDF” functionality is no longer supported
· Fixed the list of languages displayed in the configuration to contain only the supported languages
· Added the ability to use RRT in the Activate, Delete original, and Output OCR text.
· Added the ability to assign the PDF encryption password by using an RRT.
· Added option to convert a document into several formats at the same time. The "Output OCR text" combo box will allow entering several formats.
· Fixed the "Server busy" error during the pattern training and custom dictionary editing.
· Fixed to fail job if OCR zone is set to required but not recognized during OCR
· Basic Image Management – Version 2.0.2.21
· Fixed multi-threading compatibility issue with PDF 417 and Refero when used in separate tasks within one configuration file.
· Batch Importer – Version 2.0.1.19
· Fixed a file sharing violation issue which would occur when multiple tasks had batch importer and the work file name was the same.
· Added support for UTF-8 and Unicode encoded CSV files.
· Bates Stamp – Version 5.0.12.49
· Fixed an issue performance issue when the default pre-defined margins was used.
Documentum (4.x and 5.x) – Version 2.0.1.16
· Added support for Documentum Life Cycle when the r_policy_id field is populated.
Folder Store – Version 2.0.1.17
· Added option to replace invalid windows file name characters with underscores
· Docushare – Version 3.0.14.73
· Fixed the impersonation of user.
Fujitsu Network Scanner Client - NS6000 device: Version 05.00.01.00036, NS6000i device: Version 05.00.02.00024, NS6010 device: Version 05.00.03.00011
· Fixed when using a custom date field format, the device would display the error “Date has an incorrect DateTime value (Culture Info: English (United States))” on scan
· Fixed when attempting to scan MTIFF with the scan viewer set to off, would result in the error "D:\aries\exporter\autostoreclient\output\{GUID}\tmp\finance-601020100401150518-001.tif”
· HP MFP/Digital Sender – Version 2.0.1.50
· Fixed when quote ' is in value for RRT, a 0-byte job XML was created on the server
· HP MFP/Digital Sender (OXPd) – Version 5.0.0.33
· Fixed to allow international (e.g., Cyrillic ) characters to be used in form, menu and field names
· Fixed an issue would cause a Date Format cannot contain text error on the device when changing the default date format in the component configuration

· Fixed an issue related to file name conflicts when used in multiple tasks in the same configuration. If file exists, a counter prefix is added.

· Fixed encoding issue related to special characters used in field values.

· Fixed issue with populating values for a string list field through scripting
· The FormValidate function would not be called when the “On Form Validate” checkbox was enabled.
· Kyocera MFP (HyPAS) – Version 2.0.1.26
· Fixed an issue related to the tree field. Whenever you would create such a field without entering a node and save the configuration all menus and forms would disappear.
· Added missing RRTs IP, HostName, and ServerIP RRTs to the RRT List.
· LaserFiche – Version 3.0.6.17
· Added support for LaserFiche 8.1.1
· Added support to use RRTs for all data types in Laserfiche

· Fixed the unhandled exception when clicking on "Create / Edit Snap-in...".

· Fixed when the attachment has Chinese characters in the filename, the attachment would not extracted off of the email

· Fixed an issue which would cause the temp files to get mixed up when used in multiple tasks and the file being processed had the same file name
· Fixed when a TIFF with mixed b/w and color pages, only the first page was analyzed and the resulting output document was saved as this first page type.
· Fixed a splitting issue when an RRT was used for the “Split on Pages” option.
· QuickCapture Desktop Client – Version 1.0.0.1
· Fixed the string list RRT to be the value instead of the label for the selected list item.

· Fixed an issue which would cause umlauts characters to show as ? on the device panel .

· Removed the continue button at the panel when Equitrac authentication is turned on.

· Fixed performance issue related to path RRT replacement when job had large number of files.
· Fixed the order of paths RRT to be consistent.

· Fixed an issue which would cause the Xerox task to hang while connecting to certain FTP servers.

· Fixed issue to use rename schema only if the check box is selected.
· Fixed an issue that would cause the output folder to be locked.
